Becky Glenn
Director of Operations & Client Services | Patient Advocate
Becky Glenn serves as the Director of Operations & Client Services and a Patient Advocate at Patient Advocate Agency, where she combines her expertise in business operations, marketing, client relations, and patient advocacy with a personal passion for helping others navigate the healthcare system. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Liberty University, with an emphasis in Digital Marketing and Advertising, and brings more than eight years of corporate experience in marketing, digital media, business development, brand management, and client engagement. Her background enables her to oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations, strengthen referral partnerships, support business growth, and help ensure every client receives exceptional service from their first interaction with the team.
Becky’s commitment to patient advocacy is also deeply personal. As a person diagnosed with lupus, she has firsthand experience navigating the challenges of living with a chronic illness, coordinating medical care, and advocating for her own health. These experiences have given her a unique understanding of the emotional and practical challenges patients and families often face, along with a deep appreciation for the importance of compassionate, knowledgeable advocacy.
In her role, Becky works closely with patients, families, physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers to help coordinate care and improve communication. She assists clients with navigating the healthcare system, preparing for medical appointments, organizing healthcare information, facilitating care conferences, and helping patients and families feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.
